Stephanie enjoys working in healthcare and having the opportunity to help empower patients to achieve their goals. She feels that healthcare should always be a team approach, and that she’s especially called to help patients rise to their full potential and flourish with a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
She earned a BS in Biology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She holds multiple certifications including COMT, IASTM, CKTP, and is a Certified Clinical Instructor. Most of her practice involves some type of manual therapy but she also uses certain tools for IASTM, tape for Kinesio Taping, and is interested in learning more about Blood Flow Restriction Training.
Originally from Sherman, Texas, Stephanie has tons of hobbies and interests outside of work. She loves reading the classics and writing short stories and poetry. She likes to explore countries, cultures, and languages through global travel. Recently, Stephanie started perfecting her Spanish-speaking skills. She is a fan of classical music, vinyl records, and playing acoustic guitar for friends and family. A craft beer and fine wine connoisseur, her enthusiasm for exercise provides balance. In her spare time (!!), she makes greeting cards for all occasions.
