Shoshana enjoys working in healthcare because she loves helping people and finds joy in making a difference in her patients’ lives. She also enjoys science and loves the constant challenges of patient care.
She graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Marine Biology, and from OHSU School of Medicine with her doctorate. Shoshana completed her Medical Residency at California Pacific Medical Center. She’s now a San Francisco-based Internal Medicine physician, as well as a founder, speaker, and writer. She’s on the teaching faculty and an executive board member of the Foundation Board of Trustees at CPMC, and is an LP in Trucks Venture Capital Fund. Shoshana has been awarded with multiple honors including 40 Under 40 by the SF Business Times, Becker’s Hospital Review Rising Stars: 90 Healthcare Leaders under 40, HuffPost’s 99 “Limit-Breaking Female Founders,” and was named Woman of the Year in 2018 by Women Healthcare Executives of Northern California.
