Nicholas Cardé, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience as a member of integrated healthcare teams. He has expertise in health promotion, depression, anxiety disorders, stress-reduction techniques, and the role of sleep in overall wellness. He specializes in behavioral sleep medicine and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. Dr. Cardé previously served as a health psychologist in the Department of Adult Medicine at Kaiser Permanente, managed a private psychology practice, and consulted with a health technology startup. Dr. Cardé moved to California to pursue doctoral studies at the PGSP-Stanford University Consortium, finished his predoctoral internship at the Vanderbilt University-VA Medical Center Consortium in Nashville, and completed a two-year clinical health psychology fellowship at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.
