Natalia enjoys interacting with and getting to really know people in an effort to help them change their health and lives for the better. She uses her background and training in health coaching and personal training to help understand and create a more complete health plan for patients.
Originally from Weirton, West Virginia, Natalia attended Georgetown University, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and completed her residency at University of Maryland Family and Community Medicine. After 20+ years of practicing in multiple segments of Family Medicine, including work in urban and rural community health centers, outpatient office practice, urgent care, hospitals, and corporate medicine for one of the country’s largest department stores, Natalia expanded her training to include Personal Training and Health certifications from the American Council on Exercise. She also studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a healthy lifestyle coach for the YMCA of Metro Dallas in their CDC-approved diabetes prevention program.
When she’s not at work, Natalia enjoys art and painting, reading, basketball, weight training, and HIIT workouts.
