Liz works in healthcare simply for the fulfillment of making a difference. Giving the gifts of compassion and listening make her days a joy. One of her strengths is making patients feel like she’s in their corner, which helps them trust her and realize that incremental lifestyle adaptations deliver huge dividends. Liz flourishes working alongside people to foster their best health and help them thrive. She believes health truly is wealth.
She’s a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach. Her career began in the corporate world where she provided training and wellness, training chefs and guiding employees towards healthful food choices. Over the last ten years, Liz has coached individuals and groups with mindful eating—her favorite quote (written over 100 years ago by Virginia Woolf) is, “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”
Liz grew up in central Phoenix. She fills her weeks with running, yoga, and hiking, and also enjoys traveling and cooking for friends and family—there is always room at her table!

What makes me unique?
My warmth and compassion and the fact that I enjoy getting to know lots of people all make me an excellent connector. Also seeking health keeps my eye on the prize when my alarm goes off to get up and get moving. As an early bird I get to enjoy birds singing their wake up songs every morning!
