What makes me unique:
When thinking about what makes me unique, I immediately think of my patient care skills and my ability to understand my patients. When I was a nursing assistant, I realized quickly that I was able to interpret my patients’ needs without them actually speaking. I am able to analyze behaviors in order to provide the best care possible to my patients.
Why do I practice healthcare:
I practice healthcare because I have a passion for helping people. As a child, I felt as though some doctors did not listen to me or believe me due to my age. Ever since then, I have felt like it was my duty to listen to people and take the time to understand their healthcare needs.
