Kathryn Carmody

Kathryn’s passion for helping others on their path to sustained wellness, happiness, and increased wellbeing in their everyday lives is what sparked her interest in pursuing a career in healthcare. She loves connecting with patients, and learning more about their lives and unique situations. Born in Chicago and raised in one of Chicago’s southwest suburbs called Orland Park, Kathryn enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, choreographing and teaching dance classes and routines, and spending time with her friends and family.

What makes me unique:
I studied exercise science, dance, and event management in college. I love exploring my different passions, and finding ways to use these various paths to support and strengthen each other.

Why do I practice healthcare:
I practice healthcare because I am extremely passionate about helping others find a balance of health and happiness in their everyday lives. I believe preventive practices are just as important as reactive practices to achieve health and wellness, not only now, but for our future selves.
