One of the things Daniella loves about working in healthcare is that it gives her the opportunity to affect health outcomes by supporting emotional wellbeing. She believes in an authentic, client- and goal-oriented, holistic approach to therapy. Through collaborative, strength-based work, she supports clients as they cultivate resiliency, and a sense of fulfillment, meaning, safety, and joy in their lives. Daniella utilizes CBT and solution-focused therapy, as well as mindfulness-based stress reduction in her practice.

Originally from Central Europe, Daniella earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked for 15 years in Public Relations and supported global clients in multiple sectors including government, non-profit, and corporate. She holds multiple certifications including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Trauma Art Narrative Therapy (TANT), Internal Family Systems Therapy.

Outside of work, Daniella enjoys traveling, gourmet food, reading, theater, and movies.
