Courtney has spent the last two decades helping diverse healthcare companies at all growth stages to shape and tell their unique stories. She has deep rooted experience in all facets of communications from crises, IR, and government affairs to media relations, internal, and executive communications. Courtney joins Crossover as VP of Communications and Public Relations.
Most recently, she was at Teladoc Health where she led global communications, building positive brand reputation during a period of rapid growth as virtual care was transitioning from its infancy to the pillar of today’s healthcare system. During her time with the company she also led groundbreaking mental health research, shining a light on the impact of mental health stigma in the global workplace. Prior to Teladoc she was Senior Vice President for a boutique health tech agency, spearheading integrated digital, social, and PR efforts for a range of clients. Courtney also spent nearly a decade in the medical device space with Fujifilm Medical Systems, helping the company breakthrough in a competitive landscape and launch a global corporate social responsibility program.
Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Mass Media from Ursinus College. She also completed a Communications and Media Studies exchange program at Fordham University. When not crafting messages, Courtney can be found jogging the neighborhood, walking her rescue dog Hendrix, or cooking a new recipe with her two daughters.
