Throughout his life, Colton has always had a natural affinity and passion for helping improve the lives of others—and working in healthcare allows him to do that every day. As an extrovert, his role as Host is perfect for him. Colton loves the excitement and challenge of working in healthcare and the fluid way medicine and technology constantly advance at a rapid pace.
A native of Sherman, Texas, Colton earned an associates degree from Grayson County College, and a BS in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness Promotion for Clinical Populations from Texas State University.
HostAs someone who doesn’t like to be idle for a long time, Colton has adopted many hobbies. He dedicates at least two hours each day to the gym, because that is his time to destress and focus on physical and mental self-improvement. He has been playing tennis for over fourteen years, and has been practicing yoga for five. He also enjoys constantly learning new things, so he listens to a variety of podcasts that range in topics including philosophy, medicine, religion, and nutrition. Lastly, he spends a lot of his free time enjoying new music, being an active church member, and volunteering for local youth recreation programs.
