Clint feels like a born teacher and has been a consistent leader, sharing information with other leaders and assisting with training/onboarding of new employees or students within the profession. He believes this translates into his interactions with patients—once they truly understand their condition, they can take a stronger role in their own progress, care, and achieving what they once may have thought was impossible.
Clint graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from the UT Southwestern Medical Center School of Health Professions. He has spent his career treating primarily patients with orthopedic conditions, treating a significant population with spinal pathology. Clint worked for Texas Health Resources Outpatient Therapy Services and the Ben Hogan Sports Medicine Institute prior to joining the Velocity Team. He holds multiple certifications including OCS, CMPT, and is currently pursuing his final, level three certification for the Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), while also pursuing fellowship in manual therapy as a fellow-in-training with NAIOMT. He uses multiple modalities in his practice including Manual Therapy to include Mobilization/Manipulation/Muscle Energy Techniques, Dry Needling, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
Born in Iowa and raised in Texas, Clint enjoys spending time away from work with his wife Shelley, and their two boys, Dominic and Deacon. He is an avid hot yoga enthusiast, golfer, and enjoys trail hiking, camping, and spending as much time as possible outdoors. A craft beer enthusiast, Clint not only enjoys the taste but the science behind the brewing process, and is considering developing a homebrew someday.
