As a former athlete, Christen unfortunately experienced injuries that accompanied that passion of sport which led to four ACL surgeries over the course of her time playing soccer and basketball. Because of those injuries, she became increasingly passionate about wellness and injury prevention, and through her own experiences receiving physical therapy, she discovered that helping people in this manner was what she wanted to do for a living. Christen specializes in Parkinson’s Disease, orthopedics, injury prevention, and sports-related injuries. She utilizes LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s Disease and IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) in her practice.
When she’s not working, Christen enjoys exercising, going for walks, reading, golf, and football Sundays.
