What makes you unique:
I am a positive and steady influence on those who know me while being a motivated self-starter. One of my favorite things is to see improvements, whether that be in outcomes, health indicators, or in leadership development of staff.
Why do you practice healthcare:
I work in healthcare because I want to make a difference in the lives of people. When I was 12, my grandmother died at a premature age from preventable cardiac-related health complications. That shaped who I was as a young person, and I realized I wanted to know that the work I do while on this Earth is helping someone else fulfill their potential and enhance their life.
