Barbie feels that the greatest passions can come from the smallest sources. In her case, it’s the joy that comes from helping someone have a good experience during their visit, and making the time they spend with Crossover meaningful and positive. Healthcare is a new frontier for Barbie, but customer service is familiar territory—she wants to make sure each guest leaves with a more positive opinion of their healthcare then when they came in. Barbie is from Fontana and is a homebody at heart who enjoys baking, reading, sewing, and spending time at home with her family and pets.

What makes me unique:
My career has taken more than one unexpected turn—from a graphic designer to a theme park worker and now, healthcare. I’ve gained a lot of different experiences that help me look at situations through new perspectives. No experience is wasted and that mentality has helped make everything a learning opportunity. The way I see it, you’ll never know everything, but it’s fun to learn as much as you can.
Why do I practice healthcare:
One of the greatest blessings in the world is good health, but it is not a given for everyone. Quality healthcare can make all the difference in a person’s life and I want to be a part of that mission, no matter how small the role.
