As a therapist, Asha feels it is beneficial to explore not only the individual, but their role within relationships. She utilizes an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy with components of relational, solution-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques.
Her goal is to create a safe and accepting therapeutic environment that supports each client and their process of change, in an effort to uncover their strengths and help them grow.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta in Canada, and her Masters in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. Originally from Canada, Asha enjoys cooking and baking, especially during the holiday season.
