Your McKesson Health Benefit
In-person care is available to McKesson employees and their adult dependents (18+ years old) enrolled in a McKesson Anthem network medical option (HSA or HSA Plus).
The care team at your Las Colinas health center is onsite and continues to exercise the safest protocols while providing in-person care.
For all in-person appointments, a brief pre-screening process is required to minimize the risk of exposure. All health center visitors will be provided with a new face mask to wear for the duration of the appointment, and a temperature check will be conducted upon arrival.

Is there a sign-up fee?
Your employer has already paid your sign-up fee. This gives you access to all of the health services we provide at your Crossover Health center. Furthermore, you will not have any billing hassles. You only pay the required co-pay amount, if any, at the time of your appointment as noted on the fee schedule for this employee health benefit. Some fees for our services will vary based on your deductible maximum out-of-pocket status, and all of this is kept current on your secure Crossover account so that you are charged accurately. In short, there is no complicated paperwork or insurance submittals with this benefit.
Can I keep seeing my current doctor?
The choice is yours! You are not required to switch your primary care physician to use our services. In fact, you can use us in conjunction with your current physician and you don’t need a doctor’s referral to see our Active Care providers (Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Acupuncture).
