We are unable to offer COVID-19 tests for our member patients at this time due to a citywide mayoral mandate to reserve for only patients requiring hospitalizations.

BAY AREA UPDATES
3/21/20

Pursuant to the Bay Area’s shelter-in-place order, Crossover is moving three of our Bay Area Health Centers to no in-person care. Effective Monday, March 23, the Health Centers that will remain open include San Tomas in Santa Clara and SOMA in San Francisco.

WHAT’S CHANGING?
Crossover Health Centers at Shoreline in Mountain View, Mathilda in Sunnyvale and North First in San Jose will not be seeing in-person appointments.

Crossover will be suspending the Lyft service to help reduce potential exposure in communities they provide care.

WHAT’S REMAINS AVAILABLE?
• Virtual 30-minute primary care visits
• Virtual 15-minute nurse triage phone visits
• Virtual behavioral health visits for new and existing patients
• Virtual physical therapy visits for new and existing patients
• Portal Messaging, Phone, and Video Consultations for the above
• In-person visits at SOMA and San Tomas for urgent issues, injuries or illnesses. This includes COVID-19 testing for those that meet the screening criteria.
