Join the Healthcare Revolution

  • Who We Are

Founded in 2010, we are Crossover Health Medical Group. We launched our care model in Silicon Valley, and over the last decade have continued to grow, pivot, and lead the way towards reimagined healthcare with some of the world’s most innovative companies as our client partners. Transforming both the quality and cost of care through our digital first, national team-based platform, we are a leading mover in healthcare by eliminating barriers to remarkable health. We strive for—and reach—unprecedented outcomes and complete wellbeing for our members.

  • Our Culture

Our story starts with our founders’ California surfing roots. Surfing—like running a successful business—is harder than it looks, but when you are with your network of people, working to rise up and ride the wave, all of the effort is not only worth it, it fuels the passion to do it again. Crossover and surfing combine the same principles of vision, planning, hard work, stamina, and exhilaration. We view our team as our family, which is why we refer to it as “XOhana” honoring both our company name, and the love we have for the islands and our surfer roots. Our core values are Inspire Everyone, Design Everything, Be Fearless, Be Authentic, and Stay Curious. These phrases are the sun and the moon that we work under—they keep us engaged, connected, and motivated to drive change for patients, providers, and the communities we serve.

  • Our Difference

You might wonder what makes us different from other companies in healthcare. We are happy to tell you: Basically everything. We hire curious, smart, inspired people to work both behind the scenes and in our clinics. Our innovative centers—filled with custom-designed art celebrating the surrounding communities—are places where patients are people, care is continuous, and the experience is seamless. We use technology to measure our impact, as well as to communicate—creating a virtual, digital first integration that is changing healthcare standards and expectations from coast to coast. Most of all, we believe that by inspiring people to care for themselves in a new way, we are creating generational health and wellness that will strengthen communities for decades to come. (We also have surfboards in our corporate office, and when we can, we take afternoon breaks to put our toes in the sand and get up on the waves.)

  • Why This Matters

We know why this is all so important to us. Traditional healthcare is unsustainable. That’s why Crossover Health is a movement that is driving improved experiences, better outcomes, and stronger relationships. We question how things have been done, because we know that fearless curiosity plus hard work equals transformative growth. We know that people have high expectations, and we strive to exceed them by creating something new that will impact the world—one patient at a time. The question is—why does all of this matter to you? We want to know. (Hyperlink the underlined sentence to send interested candidates to the open jobs page.)

Crossover is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion. We believe in the fundamental human right for people to pursue their dreams unimpeded by systemic bias.

Our people are the most valuable asset we have. A significant part of our culture, our brand, and our ability to improve the health and wellbeing of the customers we serve is the collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, and unique capabilities of our employees.

We embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in abilities, age, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other inherent characteristics that make our employees unique.

Crossover’s diversity initiatives are applicable—but not limited—to our practices and policies on recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, professional development and training, promotions, transfers, social and community programs, and the ongoing development of a work environment built on the premise of gender and diversity equity that encourages and enforces:

  • – respectful communication and cooperation between all employees
  • – teamwork and employee participation, permitting the representation of all groups and employee perspectives
  • – employer and employee contributions to the communities we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity.
