    Founded in 2010, we are Crossover Health Medical Group. We launched our care model in Silicon Valley, and over the last decade have continued to grow, pivot, and lead the way towards reimagined healthcare with some of the world’s most innovative companies as our client partners. Transforming both the quality and cost of care through our digital first, national team-based platform, we are a leading mover in healthcare by eliminating barriers to remarkable health.     Our story starts with our founders’ California surfing roots. Surfing—like running a successful business—is harder than it looks, but when you are with your network of people, working to rise up and ride the wave, all of the effort is not only worth it, it fuels the passion to do it again. Crossover and surfing combine the same principles of vision, planning, hard work, stamina, and exhilaration. We view our team as our family, which is why we refer to it as “XOhana” honoring both our company name, and the love we have for the islands and our surfer roots. Our core values are Inspire Everyone, Design Everything, Be Fearless, Be Authentic, and Stay Curious. These phrases are the sun and the moon that we work under—they keep us engaged, connected, and motivated to drive change for patients, providers, and the communities we serve.

    You might wonder what makes us different from other companies in healthcare. We are happy to tell you: Basically everything. We hire curious, smart, inspired people to work both behind the scenes and in our clinics. Our innovative centers—filled with custom-designed art celebrating the surrounding communities—are places where patients are people, care is continuous, and the experience is seamless. We use technology to measure our impact, as well as to communicate—creating a virtual, digital first integration that is changing healthcare standards and expectations from coast to coast. Most of all, we believe that by inspiring people to care for themselves in a new way, we are creating generational health and wellness that will strengthen communities for decades to come.
